Прошу у начальства повышения, говорят: «Мы повысим вас, когда вы будете соответствовать определенным критериям». Спрашиваю: «Каким?», говорят: «Мы вам не скажем. Если мы вам скажем, то вы сразу начнете им соответствовать». Это норм вообще, а я чего-то не понимаю, или как, что за прикол? Специалисты по управлению персоналом, внесите ясность, пожалуйста.
