【脚本】新增选项下载 aria2 的管理界面： aria2_webui 、AriaNg
注意：启用 RPC 服务的 SSL/TLS 加密，需到【系统管理 - 服务】更改 HTTPS 协议后生成 HTTPS 证书。
若使用自签证书，需手动打开页面 https://192.168.123.1:6800/jsonrpc 进行一次信任操作，不然浏览器会拦截 RPC 服务，导致 webui 不能连接 aria2
