补充：对于9929穿透中国电信AS4134方向，DMIT的路由是AS10099->AS9929->AS4134，目前看来可以规避大部分地区的跨网(AS4837-AS4134)拥塞问题，但是有一个灵车的地方：据某不愿透露姓名的内部人士表示AS9929-AS4134互联全国只有北上广三个Peer，互联端口均为10G，当晚间流量升高时塞爆概率较高

Newly uncovered hack campaign in Telegram

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
