GIF 发明人感染新冠去世
GIF 图片格式的发明者 Steve Wilhite 最近因新冠去世，享年 74 岁。他是在 1980 年代受雇于 CompuServe 期间发明了 GIF 格式。GIF 代表 Graphics Interchange Format，今天它是各种网络迷因的代名词，但在互联网诞生早期，它是作为一种分发高质量高分辨率图形的方式创造出来的。

With the help of the Search Filters option, users can now filter search results by type. They can do that by using the new tabs: Media, Links, Files and others. Searches can be done based on the particular time period like by typing in the date or even “Yesterday”. If users type in the name of a person, group, channel or bot, an extra filter will be applied to the searches.
Launched in 2013, Telegram allows users to broadcast messages to a following via “channels”, or create public and private groups that are simple for others to access.
