我喜欢的理财博主们最近真是不买房邪教 on a roll（难道是因为利率降了买房党又开始蠢蠢欲动了所以 YouTuber 们又开始做相关视频了），今天这位是一直以来以简洁不搞花活的视频著称，早年我的很多理财基础知识都是从他那学的。今天出了一个买房并不能提升幸福感的科普（毕竟之前一算财务账因为很多时候 renting 是 clear winner 就会出来很多幸福感 argument），导读了多份各国研究买房与租房幸福感的论文得出结论买房并不能提升幸福感，相反地有些情况下还会拉低幸福感。
