小米6.35亿北京拿地 或建设汽车工厂三期
据北京市规划和自然资源委员会网站披露，亦庄新城YZ00-0606街区0110地块工业项目以约6.35亿元成交，竞得方为小米景曦科技有限公司，后者由小米智能技术有限公司100%持股。挂牌文件显示，该宗地以“六通一平”形式供地，用地性质为工业用地，出让总年限50年，土地面积为48.51万平方米。
今年3月11日，北京市规划和自然资源委员会经济技术开发区分局发布《关于亦庄新城YZ00-0606街0110、0111地块规划综合实施方案》，在小米汽车一期工厂、二期工厂项目毗邻处新设两处工业用地，外界猜测这或是小米汽车三期工厂项目。
