二、欧盟很难打交道，欧盟成立的主要目的就是在贸易上占美国便宜。他们设贸易壁垒、增值税、行政罚款、货币操纵、对美企法律战，形成对美2.5亿美元年顺差。与欧盟的磋商没有进展，建议自6月1日起对欧盟征收50%关税。
