怪不得富人半夜起来赏月，然后才继续下半夜的睡眠呢。
看到一个说法，说是连续整段的睡眠，其实是工业革命之后才出现的。
为了让牛马们工作更久的时间，所以把睡眠时间压缩成了一整晚，这样他们就可以赶紧睡完起来干活了。
也就是说，我一到黄昏就困得要死，一不小心就会睡过去。
其实是自然规律。古代或者农村以前每天两顿饭，下午3点多吃午饭，7点多睡觉，早上三四点钟起床，正好凉快干活，九十点钟太阳起来了就吃饭休息。
所以看历史书，古代的大臣上早堂都是四五点钟，原来我白天睡觉不是我的问题！
