إذا أردت أن تكون مؤمناً بمعنى الكلمة فخذ العبر من كل حدث تسمع عنه، أو تشاهده حتى في بلدك، حتى في سوقك، حتى داخل بيتك، كل شيء فيه دروس وفيه عبرة، ليزداد الإنسان بصيرة، يزداد إيماناً، يزداد وعياً.
والإنسان الذي يعرف يزداد إيمانه ووعيه سيجنب نفسه الكثير من المزالق، سيدرك كيف ينبغي أن يعمل لأنه من خلال تأملاته الكثيرة يعرف أن الأشياء أشبه بسُنن في هذه الحياة، ولهذا قال الإمام علي (عليه السلام): (العاقل من تدبر العواقب). وكيف تستطيع أن تتدبر العواقب ، أن تعرف أن أمراً كهذا تكون عاقبته هكذا إلا من خلال تأملاتك , وتدبرك للقرآن الكريم، ولصفحات هذا الكون في أحداثه المتجددة والكثيرة.
ولهذا قال في كلام آخر: (العقل حفظ التجارب) التجارب هي الأحداث سواءً تجارب تجريها أنت أو أحداث تقع في الحياة، هي كلها لا تخرج عن سُنن مكتوبة وراء كل عمل من الأعمال، أنه عملٌ ما يجر إلى نتيجة معينة، سواءً كانت نتيجة سيئة أو نتيجة حسنة.
