امرأة نفست في شهر شعبان، وطهرت في عشرة رمضان، فهل لها أن تشرع في الصيام مع قدرتها على ذلك، ومع أن بعض الأطباء ذكر أن الطفل يصبر ست ساعات على الرضَّاعة؛ وهي قادرة على الصيام؟
الجواب:
إذا كانت ترضع ولا ينقص لبنها فيجب عليها أن تصوم، متى طهرت المرأة من الحيض أو النفاس وجب عليها الصوم، إلا أنها إذا طهرت أثناء النهار لا يلزمها الإمساك - السائل: هي طهرت في عشرة رمضان؟ - الشيخ: يجب عليها أن تصوم العشرين الباقية وجوباً ما دام ليس على الولد ضرر، لكن إذا طهرت في أثناء اليوم لم يلزمها الإمساك بقية اليوم، تظل مفطرة، حتى الحائض لو طهرت مثلاً في نصف النهار تبقى مفطرة تأكل وتشرب، وهذا اليوم سيُقضى على كل حال.
