因涉嫌多项罪名累计被判44年6个月刑期、长期流亡丹麦的反对派人士森西里，已获国家代理元首洪森特赦，免除所有刑责。
国家代理元首洪森今日签发特赦文件，正式赦免森西里过去所涉全部刑事案件。
森西里自2014年至2022年间，因涉嫌策划恐怖活动、煽动破坏国家安全等多项刑事罪名，先后被金边初级法院就6起案件判刑，累计有期徒刑共44年6个月。
