#网友吐槽：金边卓裕丰公寓的物业人员实在是不怎么样，态度极其恶劣还骂人。这个公寓费用也是乱收一通，这里住的基本上都是外国人，你坑外国人无所谓，中国人也坑，跟园区都有的一比，椅子什么的进去的时候本来就是那样的。

退房的时候就说是我弄坏了两个洞，直接押金扣了一半不止，进去的时候什么都不说，也没有拍照，到了退房的时候就开始乱算乱扣，检查检查了半天，在那里等了一两个小时，都不敢说话也不回复，最后费用乱收一通，说的都是屁话。

东西不见了说有告诉我们要收好东西，什么时候告诉我们了，那么大一箱东西，几百块钱，我怎么可能会不要，只是太着急忘记了，保洁拿了肯定都是说没有，现在你们公寓也不敢说话，都不回复的，到现在都不给我退押金。
