#泰国资讯：中国男子在泰国公寓暴走持刀捅人！

据泰媒报道：在曼谷市中心的一栋公寓里发生了一起捅人事件，肇事者是中国人，他和他的泰国女友发生了一场大声的争吵，整个楼层都能听到，打扰了其他房间。他还站在电梯前抽烟，一点也不在意。

居民们看到他的行为，无法接受，就去找法人来调解中国男子在私人房间里的态度。当居民和法人官员在房间前等候时，肇事者突然手持刀具冲出房间，刺伤了投诉人。法人和女友没能及时阻止，但投诉人只躲开了一次，就立刻把中国男子摔倒在地，然后把他送到了麦加山警察局。

受害者手臂、腿和脖子上多处擦伤，肇事者要求付钱来结束这一切，但受害者拒绝了，称如果想结束这一切，有两种方法。如果肇事者不进警察局就得搬出公寓，当然，中国男子选择了搬出去。还有报道称，这间公寓就是上个月新闻中报道过的外国人发疯的公寓，他把灭火器喷得到处都是！

Telegram hopes to raise $1bn with a convertible bond private placement

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.

The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48. For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
