#国内新闻：逃亡十年终落网！整容换脸的诈骗夫妻逛动物园时被一眼识破！

一对涉嫌诈骗潜逃十年的夫妻，靠整容和更换身份试图躲避追捕，没想到最终在江苏徐州睢宁的一次动物园巡查中原形毕露。清明假期期间，睢宁县公安局刑警大队在九顶山动物园开展例行排查时，一名男游客引起了注意。虽然其容貌大幅改变，但与外省警方通缉多年的在逃人员王某高度相似。

警方立即展开调查，确认该男子正是通缉中的王某，而其同行女子刘某某则是同案在逃嫌疑人。原来，这对夫妻为了掩人耳目，王某削骨换脸，刘某某隆鼻定制双眼皮，还精心伪造身份信息，以为能借此逃避追捕。

没想到，在动物园“亲近自然”时，却被警方当场识破。睢宁县刑警大队联合岚山派出所、交警中队展开行动，将两人当场抓捕归案。面对大量证据，两人终于承认了真实身份，并交代了涉案诈骗事实。目前，二人已被移交相关警方进一步处理。

Spiking bond yields driving sharp losses in tech stocks

A spike in interest rates since the start of the year has accelerated a rotation out of high-growth technology stocks and into value stocks poised to benefit from a reopening of the economy. The Nasdaq has fallen more than 10% over the past month as the Dow has soared to record highs, with a spike in the 10-year US Treasury yield acting as the main catalyst. It recently surged to a cycle high of more than 1.60% after starting the year below 1%. But according to Jim Paulsen, the Leuthold Group's chief investment strategist, rising interest rates do not represent a long-term threat to the stock market. Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.

Newly uncovered hack campaign in Telegram

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
