رئیس کمیسیون عمران مجلس: 🔹برای اسکان موقت واحدهایی که ساخت آن‌ها بیش از دو سال طول می‌کشد، یک میلیارد تومان ودیعه مسکن و ۲۰ میلیون تومان اجاره ماهانه پرداخت می‌شود. 🔹ساخت کامل واحدها به عهده بنیاد مسکن انقلاب اسلامی خواهد بود. 🔹 هزینه ساخت هر متر واحد مسکونی تا ۲۰ میلیون تومان و برای واحدهای تجاری تا ۱۵ میلیون تومان پیش‌بینی شده است. 🔹 مردم می‌توانند شخصاً اقدام به ساخت کنند و پس از آن هزینه را از بنیاد دریافت کنند یا ساخت کامل را به بنیاد بسپارند. 🔹 این ارقام منوط به تصویب در جلسه هیئت دولت روز یکشنبه هشتم تیرماه است.
