Там вполне все считалось, что рост налога на прибыль полностью компенсирован ростом тарифа. Пугалки про остановку «Дружбы» это даже хорошо для компании, так как на стивидорных услугах в своих портах компания зарабатывает существенно больше.
В итоге получается, что к текущей цене компания за 1.5 года заплатит ~30% дивидендов (без учета роста тела акции), что сильно лучше любых ОФЗ. Для сравнения Сбер даст ~20% дивидендами за 1.5 года. Переоценка отложенных налоговых обязательств из-за которой прибыль "снизилась" — это разовое явление.
Продолжаем держать акции Транснефти в наших портфелях, скорее всего купим и в новый портфель 20:25, который стартует уже завтра.
