GitHub 疑似加入更严格的并发限制，影响代理软件托管规则
众多代理软件用户今日凌晨一点左右发现，他们定时更新在 Github 的托管规则以及图标时，代理软件会返回 429 错误。原因显示是单次更新规则数量太多，并发链接被 Github 限制。
目前暂不可知是配置错误还是故意配置，亦不明朗是根据 IP 还是其他因素限制并发连接数。
