专群交易一直有中介套路双方，造成一方损失中介拿钱跑路，为防止此类事件再次发生扯皮，好旺在此声明，专群为一对一交易，群内只有交易双方人员和好旺工作人员，拿钱跑路一方自行承担责任，押金下发需双方负责人确认清楚。

At a time when the Indian stock market is peaking and has rallied immensely compared to global markets, there are companies that have not performed in the last 10 years. These are definitely a minor portion of the market considering there are hundreds of stocks that have turned multibagger since 2020. What went wrong with these stocks?
