- زكاة الفطر واجبةُ الإخراجِ علىٰ كلِّ مسلمٍ؛ صغيرٍ وكبيرٍ، ذكرٍ وأنثىٰ، حرٍّ وعبدٍ، وهي من شعائر الله الواجب تعظيمها، وسُميِّت بالفطر لاقترانها بيوم الفطر بعد شهر الصَّوم المبارك، فلا يجزئ إخراجها بعد صلاة العيد، ويجوز إخراجها قبل يوم أو يومين، وتسقط في حقِّ من لا يملك قوته وقوت من يعول فلا تجب عليه، وتُخرَج عن المجنون ولا تجب علىٰ الجنين في بطن أمِّه، ولا يجوز ولا يُجزِئ إخراجها مالًا عند جمهور أهل العلم وهو الأصحُّ دليلًا، والواجب في مثل هذا الاتِّباع في ما ورد به الدَّليل، وأمَّا قول القائل أنَّ إخراجها نقدًا أنفع للفقير فهو معارضة لشرع الله وانتقاص لأحكامه ويُخشَىٰ علىٰ معتقده الفسوق أو ما هو أكبر، والله المستعان وهو أعلىٰ وأعلم.
