Плюс, попросит сплотиться народ России вокруг власти. Ну и произнесет пару жёстких фраз достойных цитирования в социальных сетях и СМИ, а-ля "террористов будем мочить в сортире".
Послание будет абстрактным, без указаний конечных бенефециаров.
