重新开始吃肉了。不知道那些健身同时又吃素的人怎么坚持下来的，我反正行不通，吃素健身会浑身无力、皮肤苍白、心跳过快（不用妖魔化吃素，可能是我自己营养没搭配好的关系）。
也努力了 —— B12吃了，维生素D补了，铁片糖果也嚼了，每天也会补一些锌和硒，但还是不太行（我小时候贫血、缺铁，查了下素食中的铁主要是非血红素铁，比红肉中的血红素铁含量少、且吸收效率低。现在的铁片糖果可能吸收效率也不高，但相对温和，不像其他铁补充剂一样伤肠胃。我肠胃很娇气……）
总之在没有找到更好的方式前，还是重新吃肉了。最近真的碳水爆炸了，天天睡前生吞一条法棍🥖……

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
