Компания тут же повела себя подозрительно смело, очевидно рассчитывая на покровительство министра тарифной политики Красноярского края Александра Ананьева. Небывалые финансовые результаты компании, получающей вопреки законам и здравому смыслу прибыль в 27 процентов (для сравнения — компания «Россети Сибирь» довольствуется одним процентом и ещё умудряется на эти деньги модернизировать производство), эксперты связывают именно с Ананьевым. Всего же, по расчетам экспертов, «РСК Сети» должна вернуть 1,4 млрд рублей.

Be patient—your phone’s just struggling with a heavy load.On the menu that pops from the bottom of the screen, choose Telegram, and then select the chat named Saved messages. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
Telegram announces Anonymous Admins
The cloud-based messaging platform is also adding Anonymous Group Admins feature. As per Telegram, this feature is being introduced for safer protests. As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
