The negative delta has been calculated, with Week 3 rebate at 19.3%. For example, if you spent 100 GOMINING on Boosts and didn't profit, you got 19.3 GOMINING tokens back.

Groups with close to 200k members can be converted to a Broadcast Group that allows unlimited members. Only admins can post in Broadcast Groups, but everyone can read along and participate in group Voice Chats," Telegram added.
