Why are RB Leipzig so unstoppable?

I have had the misfortune of playing RB Leipzig 5 times in two seasons (UCL) and I cannot wrap my head around how they are so OP. I have seen another screenshot on here showing they won the UCL twice in a row before 2026.
They press everyone, everywhere, all at once. They press from the back, front, side, and never get tired. If one of my players misses a pass it's guaranteed goal against.
I can hold up much better against Real and City (with them I likely lose but a lot more balanced), these guys feel like they are cheating. They use this weird tactic with two strikers and two AMC (narrow or wide) which I cannot counter with the tools in the game. Olmo and Sesko are forces of nature worthy of peak Iniesta / R9.
It really feels like they use a cheat tactic, my players become dumb as soon as I play them.
Anybody else noticed this or am I hallucinating? Did they drink so much Redbull that it replaced their blood?

Edit: I managed to get them to extra time in a UCL quarter, scored, 1 minute later Baumgartner puts in a volley from 25 meters like it's a tap-in
