ابتدا پودر ژله رو با اب جوش حل کرده و روی بخار کتری گذاشته تا ذرات معلق ژله حل شود. می‌گذاریم تا از داغی اولیه بیفتد. سپس بستنی را که از قبل بیرون فریزر گذاشتیم به ان اضافه کرده .... *نکته : حدود یک قاشق از بستنی را برمیداریم و بقیه رو اضافه می کنیم. کف سینی ۲۰ در ۳۰ را خیس کرده کیسه فریزر انداخته و کیسه راچرب کرده و ژله را ریخته و بمدت فقط ۴۵ دقیقه در یخچال گذاشته و سپس برش زده و رول میکنیم.
