Большая часть коллекции заранее была эвакуирована. Другая часть экспонатов находится в хранилище. Полотна и картины нынешних выставок не пострадали, сообщили в Одесской ОВА.

В настоящее время на территории музея работает Комиссия по обследованию объектов культурного наследия.
