老挝与柬埔寨召开高官会筹备安全合作部长级会议
2025年3月24日下午，老挝公安部与柬埔寨内政部在万象召开高官会，筹备双边合作部长级会议。会议由老挝公安部副部长坎京·佩拉玛尼冯中将，柬埔寨内政部国务秘书翁玛拉先生共同主持。
两国代表团讨论并商定了部长级会议议程草案和老挝公安部与柬埔寨内政部2025年合作计划，拟提交两部部长审议并签署；同时，还听取了秘书处会议成果汇报；随后，双方坦诚交换意见，共同审议完善了双边合作会议纪要。

Launched in 2013, Telegram allows users to broadcast messages to a following via “channels”, or create public and private groups that are simple for others to access. Users can also send and receive large data files, including text and zip files, directly via the app.The platform said it has more than 500m active users, and topped 1bn downloads in August, according to data from SensorTower.
The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
