#柬埔寨新闻：西港监狱：纯属造谣和诽谤！

今天，西港省监狱对外发布声明，对有关媒体在脸书对西港省监狱的一些不实报道作出回应。

一、铁皮屋内关囚犯

涉事铁皮屋（位于监狱安全围栏外200米）实为在建仓库，经查无囚犯居住记录。

二、探视与管理制度混乱

没有给中国籍囚犯开绿灯，探视制度一向严谨，每周二、四09:00-11:00才允许探视，每次限2名亲属，全程狱警监督。

所谓“允许中国籍囚犯聚会饮酒”，纯属造谣。监狱实施三道检查，特别对毒品、手机等违禁品实施24小时动态巡查，绝不存在放任流通情况。

所谓的监狱收钱给囚犯提供VIP囚室、收钱允许“特权探视”、"勒索钱财转移囚犯"等情况，均不存在。

西港省监狱勒令有关媒体停止发布不实信息并删除、并进行公开道歉7天，否则，将采取严厉的法律手段，包括但不限于罚款、坐牢等惩处。

Spiking bond yields driving sharp losses in tech stocks

Paulsen expects the 10-year yield to cross 2% by the end of the year. A spike in interest rates and its impact on the stock market depends on the economic backdrop, according to Paulsen. Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
