🧿 عند صرف دواء ال (Fexofenadine) او ما يسمى بال (Telfast) في معالجة التحسس من الزكام الموسمي لازم كصيادله ننتبه لهذه النقطه المهمه ولازم توعية المريض. ❌️ ممنوع تناول هذاء الدواء مع: ✔️ عصير الفواكه (التفاح أو البرتقال أو العنب). ✔️ أو مع مضادات الحموضة(Anticids) التي تحتوي على الألمنيوم او الماغنسيوم. ✔️ أو بعد الوجبه الغنيه بالديون. ⬅️ لماذا؟ ⬅️ لانه يحدث تداخل دوائي مع ال (Fexofenadine) وتقل فعالية هذاء الدواء. ✅️ لذلك لازم نباعد (4 ساعات) بين استخدام هذا الدواء مع هذه الموانع.
