中國移動斥近12億購香港寬頻股份　持股比例增至15%並列單一最大股東

香港寬頻昨日（9日）發公告，稱中國移動與其主要股東TPG Wireman達成協議，以近11.96億元作價收購後者持有的香港寬頻股份，完成交易後中國移動將持有香港寬頻15.46%股權，比例與單一最大股東Twin Holding相同。中國移動去年12月曾以相同每股作價提出全面收購香港寬頻，如今成為最大股東之一，市場預計中移動或會繼續增持香港寬頻。
