鞍钢宪法实现了工人民主吗？
鞍钢宪法常常被作为毛时代中国存在真正的工人民主的佐证，受到毛主义者的颂扬。但“两参一改三结合”的企业管理方针看似是在强调工人民主的中心思想，但工人的权利始终被牢牢限定在“技术革新、技术革命”的框架中，没有一个字提到生产的决策权，更不用说政治民主。对于工人们来说，一切牺牲和物质的匮乏都是应该的，既要摒弃“可耻”的个人主义，又要努力工作、奉献自己。主观性的烈焰再炽热，在冰冷贫乏的物质事实面前也是要熄灭的。鞍钢宪法包裹着美妙的糖衣，内里却是对生产的最末端极其吝啬的让步。一旦遇到官僚与工人之间不可逾越的权力沟壑，鞍宪就失去了它全部的效力。

With the help of the Search Filters option, users can now filter search results by type. They can do that by using the new tabs: Media, Links, Files and others. Searches can be done based on the particular time period like by typing in the date or even “Yesterday”. I have no inside knowledge of a potential stock listing of the popular anti-Whatsapp messaging app, Telegram. So is Sergei Sergienko, who claims he owns $800,000 of Telegram’s pre-initial coin offering (ICO) tokens. “If Telegram does a SPAC IPO, there would be demand for this issue. It would probably outstrip the interest we saw during the ICO. Why? Because as of right now Telegram looks like a liberal application that can accept anyone - right after WhatsApp and others have turn on the censorship,” he says.
