Причина в том, что слабый рубль создает инфляционные риски, с которыми сейчас ЦБ настроен активно бороться.
Как минимум, если рубль пойдет еще ниже, вероятнее повышение ставки уже на следующем заседании. А от повышения ставки рубль вполне может подрасти.
