Throughout the 10 years of my career in the live music industry, I've had the privilege of participating in numerous tours across the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, the CIS, and Russia. I've mostly taken on the role of a tour manager.

In this post, I'll talk about why artists go on tours in the first place, how the preparation is done, and what the actual touring process is like.
