የትምህርት ቤቶችን መሠረተ ልማት የማሻሻል ህዝባዊ ንቅናቄ ማስጀመሪያ መርሃ ግብር በተለያዩ የክልል ከተሞች ተካሂዷል።
የንቅናቄ መድረኩ በደቡብ ክልል፣ በሐረሪ ክልል፣ በደቡብ ምዕራብ ኢትዮጵያ ህዝቦች ክልል እንዲሁም በድሬዳዋ ከተማ አስተዳደር ተጀምሯል።
የንቅናቄው ማስጀመሪያ መርሃ ግብር በአዲስ አበባ እና በኦሮሚያ ክልል ባለፈው ሳምንት መከናወኑ አይዘነጋም።
በሀገር አቀፍ ንቅናቄው ከ50 ሺህ በላይ የሚሆኑ ትምህርት ቤቶችን ደረጃ ለማሻሻል መታቀዱ ይታወቃል።
