加政府下令海康威视退出，加中就企业运营再起摩擦
加拿大政府以国家安全为由，要求海康威视加拿大有限公司停止运营并关闭所有在加业务。中方对此表示强烈不满，指责加方泛化国家安全、打压中企，严重干扰中加正常经贸合作，并表示将采取必要措施维护中国企业权益。
加方称，此举基于《投资加拿大法》下的国家安全审查，认为海康在加继续运营“有害国家安全”。

Secure video calling is in high demand. There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
