法国里昂市政府弃用微软转向开源软件OnlyOffice
法国里昂市决定弃用微软 Office 套件，转而采用 Linux 和 PostgreSQL 等开源工具，以减少对美国软件的依赖，延长硬件使用寿命并降低环境影响。该市政府将用由拉脱维亚 Ascensio Systems 开发的 OnlyOffice 取代 Office，并计划采用名为“Territoire Numerique Ouvert”的协作套件进行视频会议和办公自动化任务。
法国国家区域发展促进机构为此提供了 200 万欧元的资助，以帮助开发和在本地数据中心运行该套件。里昂市政府雇佣近 10,000 名员工，此举可能对微软的区域销售人员产生短暂影响，但不会显著影响微软的财务状况。

As per the Telegram blog post, users can “Toggle Remain Anonymous in Admin rights to enable Batman mode. The anonymized admin will be hidden in the list of group members, and their messages in the chat will be signed with the group name, similar to channel posts.”
