日本公布娱乐产业新战略 目标海外营收 20 万亿日元
日本政府公布了首个“娱乐与创意产业战略”的完整方案。该战略设定目标，计划到 2033 年将内容产业的海外销售额提升至 20 万亿日元以上，是当前规模的三倍多。为此，政府将在 10 个重点领域推行 100 项具体措施。
为保护知识产权，该战略将重点打击盗版。日本将与海外当局合作，加强对动漫伪造商品的查处，并明确指出将针对中国等市场采取法律行动。此外，为解决创作者短缺问题，政府计划设立认证标志以改善劳动环境，并利用 AI 开发漫画翻译工具支持内容出海。
