哪吒汽车在泰产量未达标 或需退还约4.4亿元补贴
哪吒汽车因未能在泰国达到承诺的产量目标，可能需要向泰国政府退还 20 亿泰铢（约合人民币 4.38 亿元）的补贴金。数据显示，哪吒汽车今年在泰国的生产目标为 19000 辆，但截至目前仅完成约 4000 辆。根据泰国政府的电动车补贴计划，未履行补贴条件的制造商必须退还已领取的款项。
泰国财政部已要求国家电动汽车政策委员会修改相关规定。未来，电动汽车制造商将被要求每两个月提交一份补偿生产计划，若未能遵守，政府将有权暂停发放补贴，以确保补贴计划的有效执行。

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Rampant Kitten’s objective is to steal Telegram messages, passwords, and two-factor authentication codes sent by SMS and then also take screenshots and record sounds within earshot of an infected phone, the researchers said in a post published on Friday.
