全球博士毕业生数量远超学术职位需求，博士项目需调整以适应非学术就业
全球博士人数激增，学术岗位却增长乏力，供需失衡日益加剧。1998-2017 年，经合组织博士授予量翻倍；中国十年内由 30 万增至 60 余万。英国调查显示，三分之二博士离开学术界，部分专业薪资甚至逊于硕士。
专家指出，博士扩招源于学历膨胀及对高教回报的期待，但岗位停滞令就业竞争白热化。日本、德国等已推行带薪实习与“工业博士”，以培养适配企业、政府与非营利部门需求的创新人才。各国政府和高校被敦促改革博士培养，将职业规划、软技能与行业合作纳入必修，以缓解结构性过剩并提升博士价值。

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78.
