“血液特工”诞生：科学家用自体血造出抗癌微型机器人

近日，《自然·生物医学工程》上的一项研究展示了一种极具前景的脑肿瘤个性化治疗新策略。研究团队开发出一种由患者自体血液和磁性颗粒混合制成的“生物杂交血水凝胶纤维”，可在约15分钟内制备完成。这种柔软的纤维机器人因取材于患者自身，能够有效规避免疫系统的排异反应。

在治疗中，这种载药纤维被微创注入颅内蛛网膜下腔，医生可通过外部磁场对其进行远程遥控，并在X射线透视下实时追踪其路径，精准导航至肿瘤部位。到达目标后，一个高强度的旋转磁场会使纤维机器人碎裂，从而实现药物的“按需”释放，对癌细胞进行靶向打击。

这项在小型猪模型上验证成功的技术，结合了个性化定制、免疫豁免和精准靶向等多重优势，为治疗那些位置刁钻、传统手术难以触及的脑肿瘤带来了全新的微创治疗思路，有望提升治疗的安全性和有效性。
