该App致力于电信诈骗防范，具备诈骗信息预警、举报通道和防骗知识普及等功能。在HarmonyOS 5设备上，其还可作为“风险识别引擎”，识别陌生来电与短信中的潜在风险。

There’s another option—secure communications app Telegram just added video calling to its feature set, available on both iOS and Android. The new feature is also super secure—like Signal and WhatsApp and unlike Zoom (yet), video calls will be end-to-end encrypted.
