5月17日世界电信日，工信部发布“2025年信息通信暖心服务十件实事”，聚焦电信资费、数字适老、个人信息保护等热点问题，推动优化信息通信服务。
主要措施包括：全面公示资费套餐，规范营销行为，升级业务提醒服务（如自动续费提醒、流量超套封顶），便捷业务退订，提升适老化服务（如老年用户“一键人工客服”）。同时，推动算法推荐透明化、敏感权限调用提醒、推广防骚扰服务，推进二次号码“一键解绑”等。
