线下无理由退货商家查询平台“消费查”上线试运行
据中国消费者协会消息，由市场监管总局支持指导、中国消费者协会开发的线下无理由退货商家查询平台——"消费查"上线试运行。消费者足不出户，即可便捷、简单、一站式查询各地线下无理由退货商家信息。
消费者可以微信搜索“消费查”或扫描二维码进入“消费查”小程序，无需注册即可进行查询。“消费查”小程序设有“线下无理由退货商家查询”入口，支持消费者按地区、企业名称、商品类别查找线下无理由退货商家，并具备导航、拨打电话、对商家履行承诺情况进行满意度评价等功能。
