淘宝 App 正在测试一项名为“高退款人群屏蔽功能”的新推广设置，允许商家在投放广告时屏蔽高退款率用户，以优化投放效果。据传截图显示，商家可在后台选择完全屏蔽或降低这类用户的曝光。

Classic fundamental analysis takes a back seat. Even negative earnings are ignored. In fact, positive earnings seem to be a limiting measure, producing the question, "Is that all you've got?" The preference is a vision of untold riches when the exciting story plays out as expected.
