CA/B论坛服务器证书工作组投票通过SC-081v3提案，决定逐步缩短公开信任TLS证书有效期及数据重用周期。提案规定证书有效期从398天降至47天，SAN数据重用周期缩短至10天，计划于2026年3月起分阶段实施，至2029年3月完成。投票结果显示，25家证书颁发机构（CA）投赞成票，5家弃权；4家证书消费者（苹果、谷歌、微软、Mozilla）全票赞成。提案满足CA/B论坛章程要求，进入知识产权审查阶段。
