欧盟与中国开启电动车价格承诺谈判，寻求替代高额关税方案
欧盟与中国已就设定中国电动车在欧盟最低进口价格展开谈判，以取代此前实施的高额关税。
欧盟贸易专员塞夫乔维奇与中国商务部长王文涛在过去24小时内举行了会谈，双方同意立即启动相关磋商。此前，欧盟对比亚迪、吉利和上汽等中企生产的电动车征收高达45.3%的额外关税，引发广泛争议。
