特朗普称曾告诉台积电 若不赴美生产就征100%税
路透社星期二（4月8日）报道，特朗普在共和党全国国会委员会的活动上发表讲话时，批评前总统拜登政府向台积电位于亚利桑那州凤凰城的美国子公司提供66亿美元（89.08亿新元）的拨款，用于其半导体生产，并指半导体公司不需要这笔钱。
特朗普说：“台积电，我没有给他们钱……我只是说，如果你们不在这里建厂，你们就要缴纳高额税款。”
