富士媒体调查报告曝光系统性骚扰文化 多名高管涉案
第三方调查委员会发布逾250页报告指出，富士电视台长期存在结构性性骚扰风险，年轻女性播音员被默认为需"取悦"商业伙伴及节目嘉宾。前社长港浩一等人主导的企业文化纵容权力不对等，使员工面临演员等外部人士的侵害风险。
报告认定2023年6月前偶像中居正广性骚扰事件处理失当，导致丰田、三得利等主要广告商撤离，迫使公司下调盈利预期。事件曝光后，包括前会长稲田久等多名高管引咎辞职，涉事主持人中居正广已达成和解并退出娱乐圈。富士媒体将于今日召开记者会回应调查结果。
