拼多多新增双向视频通话功能
多多为商家上线了“双向视频通话”功能，以优化部分需安装、调试指导类商品的售后服务体验。商家可在商家后台“多多客服”功能中开通语音通话，并设置接待账号及接听时段。
开通后，商家可在与消费者的聊天界面发送“视频讲解邀请”卡片，消费者点击后即可发起视频通话。为保障隐私，通话默认关闭消费者摄像头，需消费者手动开启，且默认启动后置摄像头。
