台积电据报邀英伟达、AMD、博通等成立合资企业运营英特尔晶圆厂
消息人士透露，台积电据报向英伟达、AMD和博通提议入股一家合资企业，以运营美国科技巨头英特尔的晶圆厂。台积电将负责运营英特尔晶圆代工部门，但持股比例不会超过50%，另有消息人士称，台积电也向高通提出类似提议。这项谈判仍处于早期阶段，交易价值目前尚不明确，并称任何最终交易都需要获得特朗普政府的批准，因为其不希望英特尔或其代工部门完全由外国企业控股。
